It's a setting. Try changing the resolution (making the numbers higher).
TRY THIS - IT'S EASY:
Go to "universal access" FYI: I found it via search, AS it's buried deep in a library folder somewhere. Check "seeing" at the top menu (seeing/hearing/keyboard/mouse choices); then make sure "Zoom" is off (uncheck the box if it's checked). I tried everything and searched everywhere and this was it.
GOOD LUCK.

Using a touch screen on Dell computer is faster, and easier than using a mouse or a track pad. If the Dell computer has a stylus input, one easily can write and draw directly on the screen.
Computer screens can be purchased at computer retailers such as Best Buy or Tiger Direct. Most televisions can be connected to a PC now so that may be another option other than a typical screen.
If the CPU replacement is physically larger - probably not.
A mainframe computer is a big computer. You probably wrote your question using a desk top or lap top computer. A computer larger than that is a mini computer. There are computers larger than that called mainframes. Mainframe computers have the power of thousands of desktops. A bank would have one to keep track of customers' accounts, loans, and other business. They would use a second one for backup.
An output device that can take the display of a computer screen and project a large version of it onto a flat surface. Projectors are often used in meetings and presentations to help make sure everyone in the room can view the presentation. In the picture to the right, is a ViewSonic projector and an example of what a projector may look like. Projectors used with computers are small devices that are rarely much larger than a toaster and typically weigh a few pounds

The touch screen is also larger, usually more than 4 inches and may or may not be used for making phone calls. Basic functionalities of a computer: word processing, email receiving and sending, spreadsheets etc

Anywhere with a larger than usual dip in the ground and a little bit of rainfall.
Touchscreen PC's differ from a tablet PC in the sense that it is a desktop model, not a handheld model which can easily be carried with you. Traditionally the capabilities are greater and the size is larger.
May be you are practised with that culture.
The blackberry cell phone is better if you like a full keyboard and having a "mini computer" in your pocket. The Droid X is better if you would rather have a touch screen cell phone, better applications, and a larger screen.
