if you get some money you should: know where your parents keys are? sneak out a night, get one at a shop, and hide it.
1. The ability to get a picture on a cell phone. 2. The cell phone.

if they have a cell phone at school and they were outside it will get lost
Cell phones should be used in school with discipline. This should be turned off whenever a class is going on. As well, parents should set rules for their children to follow whenever they carry their cell phone in school. More importantly, parents should only give their children a simple cell phone with basic features to control their cell phone usage. Giving them a cell phone with advanced features can only tempt them to use the device irresponsibly.
if you take your cell pone to school you should have it turned off all day especially if it has bluetooth
I think a child should defiantly have a cell phone by the time they are in secondary school. Ten or Eleven would be a good age...
if they dont have a car they should have a phone
if there is an emergency at school or somewhere else kids can call or text you
Sure . . . if the 11 year old proves he/she can be responsible with it. Personally, i think that someone should get a cell phone when they are in grade 10 or entering high school. Your not even allowed to take cell phones to school at the age of 11, so the only time you would be using a cell phone is when you are at home. So why not just use a home phone? Anyone agree?
yes because people can be calling girls
No, parents should not be upset when their childs has their cell phone taken by an educator at school as long as the cell phone is given back to the child at the end of the day (cells phones for children should only be for calling parents to let them know where they are or for parents to call their children as it is a form of safety.) Schools are a place of learning and it should be mandatory that student's cell phones are shut off while in class. They have lunch breaks to make any phone calls they need to make. An educator will only take a cell phone away from a student if that student is not paying attention to studying or listening to the educator and is talking on their cell phone.
The argument would be that cell phones are too much of a distraction from the education that the students are there to receive.
Go to your local phone service store in your town. Ask them if you can get a cell phone card for your cell phone. They should be able to answer your question.
i think that you should be at least over 16 to get a cell phone
