1. Do not use all caps unless you're EMPHASIZING something. ALL CAPS ARE HARDER TO READ AND IS EQUIVALENT TO YELLING.
2. If you are experiencing high emotion, especially negative, and your reputation is on the line, like online school or job relate or something where the readers know you personally , don't submit your comment or response until you chill out. If you don't wait there is a good possibility you'll regret it later.
