Average function
The AVERAGE function.
When one of them divides evenly into the product with no remainder and the result is the other number.
There is no such number. 1675 - 6 = 1669 which is a prime. As a result, the only number that can divide it is 1 and 1669 itself. However, 1 not only divides 1669 but it also divides 1675. That is, 1 does not leave a remainder of 6 when dividing 1675.

That means that function "g" is first applied to the number 4. Then, the result of that is used with function "f".
When a factor divides into a number, the result is a whole number. That's how you know the first number is a factor. If you were to allow the result to be a decimal, then all numbers would be factors. It defeats the purpose. Prime factorizations refer to whole numbers, not decimals.
There is no statistical significance in the result.
When sex cells divide, I think the result is twins. Hope that was helpful.
Fragmentation
To simplify, find the highest number that divides both 25 and 40 without a fractional result. The highest value that divides both is 5, so: 25 / 40 = (25 / 5) / (40 / 5) = 5 / 8
Because...500 divides by 4 to give 125... 20 divides by 4 to give 5 and... 8 divides by 4 to give 2... making the result 132
x/80 + 7 = 12 x/80 = 5 x = 80 x 5 = 400
