The down arrow key, the Return key or the Enter key.

Double-click on the cell and look in the cell or select the cell and look above the worksheet window in the formula bar.
There are lots of ways you could do it. You could use the Page Up or the Page Down keys. You could use the Goto option by pressing the F5 key and typing in a cell address. You could also create a link in a cell that when you click will bring you to another part of the worksheet. You could also use a Custom View to jump to another part of a worksheet.

Hold the Ctrl key and then press the Page Down key. For the crossword puzzle it's "pagedown"
The F4 key does that, if you press it while typing in the cell reference.
Ctrl and the ` key will show or hide formulas. The `is the apostrophe key, not the single quote key.
If you have multiple worksheets open, then Ctrl - PageDown will move to the one to the right. If you have a number of panes on a worksheet, the F6 and the Shift-F6 key combinations can be used to move between them.
