Dell and Mac laptops are very similar in the speeds they can achieve. However, while Dell is cheaper compared to Apple, Apple computers have the best customer service.
The Dell Studio Laptop is widescreen.
The main difference between these two laptops are the price and the quality. The Dell laptop is more expensive, but also of much better quality. The Lenovo laptop is for basic operations, as the Dell is made for gaming and lots of media use.
It is better if you choose a cheap laptop, probably Dell
In my opinion, no they are not. Dell offers excellent customer service, and you can return your laptop for repair for free if it is still under warranty.
Dell laptop are top quality in the college realm. You can find these light laptops and netbooks almost anywhere, including Walmart, Dell online, Radio Shack, Best Buy and more.
Dell laptop power cords are generally only compatible with Dell laptops, as each brand of laptop has its own specifications for batteries and power cords.
In my experience, they are about equally good. Dell has a top of the line XPS where Toshiba has a similar high end laptop in the Qosmio
"Yes, Wal Mart laptops are very high quality. You pay a low price and get a very nice laptop. I would rather have a walmart laptop over a brand new dell anyday."
Sony will normally be better build quality, but they are WAY more expensive. Dell would be good for anything though. If you take care of it, it will last
The reviews for the Dell D610 are good. One review compared it with a Compaq Presario and the Dell was better quality. I think for the money the D610 is a good buy. With quality and inexpensiveness.
With the secondhand price of an Apple will be at least twice that of an equivalent Dell. The reason for that is the quality of the Apple computers.
Toshiba Laptops are one of the better ones out there as far as I'm concerned... Better than Dell & HP
