Routers usually, if not always, include a firewall. This is the only device I know of.
A firewall can be either hardware or software
Usually software but some hardware firewall devices are produced.
That sounds like a firewall.
One can protect their computer hardware devices by installing a firewall in order to prevent any malicious activity to be sent to ones computer. Without a firewall one runs the risk of receiving a virus through email or even by visiting certain websites.
The two main types of external hardware are input devices and output devices. Input devices, such as keyboards and mice, allow users to enter data into a computer, while output devices, like monitors and printers, display or produce the results of computer processes. Together, they enhance the functionality and user interaction with computers.
Hardware devices are devices like pen drives, DVD, CD ect!!
Hardware innovations refer to advancements in physical technology components, such as processors, memory, sensors, and displays. These innovations can include improvements in performance, efficiency, size, and functionality of hardware devices. Examples include faster processors, longer-lasting batteries, and new sensor technologies.
External hardware can also be referred to as peripheral devices. These devices are connected to a computer or system to enhance its functionality and can include items such as printers, scanners, external hard drives, and keyboards. They operate outside the main computer chassis and often communicate with the system through ports or wireless connections.
A scanner is both hardware and software, the device itself is hardware (all devices are hardware) but the driver(a program) that runs it is software.
Non-computing devices.
pointing devices are: mouse, light pen & joy stick in computer hardware
A firewalll is hardware or software that prevents hackers or malicious software from getting into your computer without your knowledge.
