I somehow got the ibario toolbar when I re-installed Chrome. Had a hell of a time figuring out how to remove it. It's not an independent program that can be uninstalled in the control panel. It's an extension in Chrome so you have to go into Chrome's "settings" then to extensions and click the trashcan to delete it. Probably a similar process in other browsers.
