Are you sure that it is an issue with your router and not an intermittent connection from comcast ? You should try a connection to your computer/laptop by-passing your router to prove it is not an issue with your router. Assuming your router is a wifi router you will be able to get the kodak pulse to work following the instruction at: http://resources.kodak.com/support/shtml/en/manuals/urg01235/urg01235c1s7.shtml
