Windows games are so called because they require the Windows operating system to work. Snow Leopard is the latest version of Apple's Macintosh operating system known as Mac OS X. It is not Windows and so Windows software, games or otherwise, will not work with it.
A Mac with an Intel processor can have the Windows operating system installed on it and can then run Windows software. Alternatively software such as Wine or Crossover (See links below) provide an environment where Windows software can be used without having Windows installed but this can be rather hit and miss and will not work with all Windows software.
Unfortunately you cannot run Mac OS X games on windows.
The games will need to be written for Mac OS X to run on a standard Mac. If the games were written for the Windows operating system then Windows have to be installed on the Mac for them to work.
Games written for Mac OS X will work on a Mac. Games written for the Windows operating system will require the Windows operating system to be installed on a Mac to work. Some Windows games can be used on a Mac without Windows by using CrossOver Games software.

You will have to install Windows using Boot Camp.
Combat Arms is designed for Windows, but you can run it on Mac. Install the program BootCamp and that will enable you to run Windows programs on the Mac.
A user can run any Microsoft Windows application using Mac Bootcamp.

The Legend of Edda games is only available for the Windows operating system. Unless the Mac is running the Windows operating system it will not be able to run the game.
The Stronghold games are only available for the Windows operating system. A Mac Mini running WIndows will be able to run the game.
You will need to install a windows application on your mac to be able to run windows. If you own a 2006 or newer mac it will allow the installation. Then just boot into windows upon starting your computer and you will be using your application.
Windows 7 is an operating system. A Mac is a computer. A Mac can run Windows 7. The two things are not comparable.
