Hi, your KS360 is recognising the memory card, but the format of the card is wrong for the phone. You can either talk to someone at the store you bought it from or but a new memory card. I had the same problem and switched memory cards. I bought the 8gb San Disk Micro Disk Hc 2. My original card was 2gb, but 8gb was the only one they had left. turn on your psp, then go to game, memory stick and press x. there should be a list of games you downloaded. (only works with memory card)
