That is not as simple to answer as you may think. There are a huge amount of complicated formulas, so there is no problem in just showing one. Writing one by itself will not really show Excel's capabilities, as you would have to see the whole spreadsheet to understand what it is doing. Here is a formula that works out commission based on sales achieved:
=IF(B5>=500,B5*$C$12,IF(B5>=300,B5*$B$12,0))
Showing it just like that doesn't really help you without seeing what the spreadsheet I took it from does and the values in it and other formulas. I could show you far more complex formulas than that one, but they mean nothing without their context.
Excel can do very complex things, but you have to see an entire spreadsheet rather than an individual formula to properly demonstrate that. Even in what is a complex spreadsheet overall, it may consist of a large amount of not very complicated formulas, that together achieve something much more difficult. The power of a spreadsheet isn't just through formulas, but a combination of other things too. Excel is a very powerful application, but a single formula, even a complex one, cannot demonstrate that.
In order to add a fraction to a variable the fraction must be converted to decimal as computers cannot understand fractions, thats why they have floating points. On the other hand you could produce an answer in decimal and then convert it into a fraction afterwards but it would be overly complicated for a program to do this. I suggest if you are seriously into this somewhat eccentric behaviour you should try the program Mathematica from Wolfram research which is very expensive.
You can solve that by using the formula for kinetic energy. (KE = (1/2)mv2 - since that is a fairly low energy, I don't think you need the more complicated relativistic formula). I would suggest you first convert the energy to joules.

If you want to ask questions about "this formula", may I suggest that you ensure that there is "this formula" in the question?
I suggest you to negotiate with the administration of program and request them.

It's very complicated, may I suggest gong to the Wikipedia page for the Processes of Congress?
If you are asking about a shell script, just create a text file with the commands you want to execute inside it. Then, make the file executable and readable and you have a shell script file. A shell program is more complicated; you need to support the user features that most users would expect a shell program or shell interpreter to do. I would suggest studying the source code of a current shell program to see how to go about implementing one of your own.
You have several options for an online photography program. I would suggest the classes at www.aionline.edu.
i think he's body is not capable for action i suggest a new leadership immediately!
it is a very complicated procedure which takes alot of time. If there are any coaches near where you live, i suggest that. GOODLUCK :)
Romance can be a complicated thing, but I suggest being gentle, staying in for the night, doing things for her around the house, asking her what she wants and such.
