No, rabbits can't eat Honey Nut Cheerios, or any cereal, or any processed foods made for people. Aside from their specially-formulated pellets, rabbits should only eat natural foods: hay, and some fresh vegetables and fruits. Nuts, seeds, grains, and "human" foods contain too much sugar, carbohydrates, and/or starches for rabbits, and eating these foods can make them unhealthy, and even seriously ill.
