No, drivers are used to interface between the operating system and the graphics card. Without a graphics card the drivers will just be useless software installed on the OS.

i don't know the proper answer but i can tell u this graphic card are mostly used for running high definition movies and games if u don't have 1 it appears blur when your playing a movie and some games even don't work without graphic card
