Can i change the page layout in publisher?

You must change page orientation, from Page Layout - Page Setup (or something similar depending on your version of Word).

If you just want one of several pages to change orientation, you need to separate with a section break to separate the different page orientations.

To change the layout of the slide, you simply go under the "home" tab, and the second group from the left called "slides" has a "layout" button. when you click it, you can choose from different setups.

Page layout in ms is how you want the arrangement of your article. It gives you options, such as whether you want the title on your page or not, whether you want two sections on the same page or more, whether you want the title right in the centre of page or on top of the page, etc. It is quite useful as usually you wouldn't want the same layout on every page, so you came change it for each page.
