All you Have to do is reboot your computer... try not to hold the shift key next time.

To deactivate (or to activate filter keys) hold down shift for eight seconds.

Pressing the Shift key and the 5 key will give you the percentage symbol.
try this trick.., open control panel. Open ease of access. click 'change how the keyboard works'. Untick turn on sticky keys. or turn on filter keys. click apply.
Switch the car keys with some other keys (house keys, keys for the back door, etc). Tell the person you cut their car brakes and you strongly suggest they don't drive in it. Turn the radio on, turn it to full volume, turn it off, let them get in the car - when they turn the radio on - BOOOOM!

Press the NUM LOCK, Function, and DELETE keys to go back to alpha keys.

To turn Sticky Keys on or off... go to: Start > Control Panel > Ease of Access > Change how your Keyboard works > click the tick box next to 'Turn on sticky keys' > click 'Apply' > click OK, and you're done. Repeat the process if you want the sticky keys back on.
