You need to use third-party software that specializes in retrieving deleted files. Two good options are: Fast File Undelete and SmartSoft Undelete. http://www.dtidata.com/fast_file_undelete.htm http://www.recoverdeletedfilestool.com/

Right click and select Properties and it should say "Date Modified"
To recover a deleted file, first check the Recycle Bin/Trash or recently deleted folder—many files stay there for a while. If it’s gone, try backup solutions like iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Time Machine. For devices without backups, use data recovery software (e.g., MobiKin) that scans storage for recoverable files. Stop using the device immediately to avoid overwriting data. Finally, follow the software’s steps to preview and restore the file safely. Recovery success depends on how long ago the file was deleted and whether it’s been overwritten.
you can use file recovery program to recover deleted files, it does not matter whether it hidden. See related link for file recovery program.
You can't look at neopets that have been deleted.
Go to the "Recycle Bin" find the name of the file, click on it, and hit reopen. +++ Though if you've deleted it a second time, from 'Recycle' (what a silly name!) you'd need recovery software to find it before it's over-written.
