Can rats be taught tricks

You can teach your pet rats many, so many I can only think of a few like I taught my rat Jackie to drink out of a sterilized acorn cap like a human, to walk across a scarf like it was a rickety old rope bridge and to jump off a stool five feet away and onto my lap. I trained her to do these things with love and treats. Here is some advice, its easier to do it when they're younger.

Pet rats can be taught many tricks. I have 7 boy rats and they all know how to come when i call their names, stand on their hind legs, play rat soccer, twirl around, jump, and lie down. It took me 1 and a half years to teach them all the tricks, but the only way to do it is if you offer them something they love e.g. Rookie and Fabo love grapes and you give it to them when they do something good, they'll soon get the idea!!! My rat's names are Rookie, Fabo, Dodger, Sookie, Paint, Crash, and Mo. I love my ratties and yes they can be trained but it takes lot of work!!!!
