If you are a gamer or a extreme computer user, you may want 3 - 4gb of ram. Upgrade the hard drive too if you can to at least 40gb or 60gb. Aero will not work on it automatically. You also may have to install the drivers for the o.s too. Call dell, and ask for a driver cd. It is free.
