Thunderbolt ports cannot be added to older MacBook Pros.
The Macbook Pro with Retina display does have an HDMI port. The Macbook Pro without Retina display do not have a HDMI port.
A few older TVs did have a Firewire port but a recent HD TV will probably have an HDMI port which you could connect to a MacBook Pro via its mini display port. You will probably need to chain a couple of cables together (See links below) but it will depend on the connections available on the TV.

Researching the Macbook Pro has shown that the speakers port is available. One can use the headphones port located on the left front of the Macbook to connect speakers.

This is entirely dependent on the year of the MacBook. The new 13" MacBook Pro Retina keyboard is not the same as the regular 13" MacBook Pro. You also wouldn't be able to interchange a keyboard from the older 13" MacBook models (white MacBooks) with a recent 13" model.
In older MacBook Pro models, it was located within the speaker grills. In newer MacBook Pro models, there is a tiny dot to the left of the iSight camera. This is the ambient light sensor - not the camera itself as is widely mistaken.
