Depending how brave you are, yes you can. If your not sure, take it to a shop and have it done professionaly, you don't want any metal shavings inside the computer.

Try getting a drill bit that is sligtly smaller then the screw head and see if you can drill out the head leaving the original hole size. Carefully remove the housing and use a needle nose plier and twist the screw shaft the rest of the way out

If you can buy one of the newer "reverse" drill bits that drills in the opposite direction, as in the same direction as a screw that is twisting out. Supposedly it can litterally unsrew the screw if it catch's enough metal and not damage the housing.
