No.
Insert a blank column where you want the old column to be (otherwise you will overweight existing data)
Highlight the entire column to be moved, then right click and choose cut. Click on the new blank column and then right click and choose paste.
Autofill can be used to drag a series in either direction vertically or horizontally. Dragging right or down increases the references and dragging left or up decreases them. For example if you have the formula =C5+C6 in a cell dragging it down will place the formula =C6+C7. Dragging right would produce the formula =D5+D6, dragging up would produce =C4+C5 and dragging left would produce =B5+B6. If you had a month of the year in a cell dragging down or right would produce the following months and dragging up or left would produce the preceding months.

Columns are shifted to the right, from the column where the new one is being entered. There is no effect on any columns to the left of the new column.
Columns are up to down, while rows are from left to right. This is true on spreadsheets, paper balance sheets, etc. On spreadsheets, columns are identified with letters and rows are numbered.
right field is #7 and left field is #9
sacred drawingsCould read left to right, right to left, or up and down in columns
The right field is located on the far right side of a baseball field when facing home plate.
Build a small concrete "base" to put the columns on that will bring the columns up to the right hight. One foot square base should suffice, with a column baseplate.
A column in Excel is the vertical (up and down) list of cells. You can think of columns the same as columns on a building that go from the top to bottom of a spreadsheet. The horizontal direction (e.g., left to right) is called a row.A row of numbers or data will go along from left to right, while a column will go from top to bottom (vertically).
Traditionally from top to bottom, in columns from right to left.
In Excel, there is no need to change the number of columns, just move left or right (or change the percent of view) on the page.
