Flipnote Hatena is a software on the Nintendo dsi. In order to get on it, you need to gt internet on it. In Flipnote Hatena you can watch other peoples flipnotes and even post your flipnotes you made in flipnote studio. That is what flipnote hatena is.
Flipnote Studio has a website counterpart called Flipnote Hatena, which allows you to view animations that have been uploaded by other users. You cannot create new flipnotes on Flipnote Hatena however.
when you upload a flip on hatena it should say lock which means other people cant edit your flip when downloaded and if you tap unlock it means that other people can edit and upload it but hatena has a thing that when you upload a flip you cant unlock it again unless you upload it again
Put in your SD card in the slot on the side of the DSi, then go to Flipnote. If it's a Flipnote you already had, then edit it, choose Save (bottom right corner), choose Other (bottom right corner), and choose save to SD card. If it's off Hatena or it's a flipnote you are making, just choose Save, then Other, then SD Card. thanks
You can report the others for cybering. And hope you are not permabanned yet so you will have a chance to enjoy the site within the terms of use.
Thing you could try to improve on flipnote making;Have a unique idea, don't copy anyone's work.Use different techniques.Change the speed of the pages and how many you use for each item or part of the flipnote.Look at the popular flipnotes made by other people and try to recreate one like it (Do not copy though!)Practice. The more you practice the better you will get at making flipnotes.
Flipnote Studio is one if the 19 DSiWare games/apps that cannot be transferred from DSi to 3DS. DSi Browser is also another. There will be a new Flipnote coming out on the 3DS sometime called Flipnote Memo but not much is known about it yet. It may use a different Hatena meaning that Flipnotes created on one system can't be viewed on the other.
You can download flipnote hatena it's on the dsi on the dsi store it's free there flipnotes and you can make it into a video you draw and can put in your own photos and you can record your voice and see other people's flipnotes, ohh and you can also put in music to the video your making

"Don't steal Don't beg Don't give up" (Gizmo 2011) ~The ghost, from Flipnote Hatena.
Flipnote Hatena: First, you would go to the channel section. Select other channels. Find something that has "sprites" in it. Enter that channel and find a sprite pack. Sprite packs usually say flipnote hatena sprites or something close to that. Make sure the pack is unlocked. Download the pack. Go back and edit that pack. Go to the part where your sprite is on. Copy the page and make a new flipnote. Paste the page. Get rid of everything else except your sprite (erase the leftovers). There you go! You finally put a successful sprite! Good job! P.S. If you don't see copy and paste, go to Settings and make sure Advanced Tools is on. You're welcome. P.S.S. Download other sprite packs to make it more thrilling.
To get color stars you have to submit your own flipnote art and then have people give you stars for viewing it. There are other ways also. For more details just check the help menu inside of the program. Hope this helps. Another way is to buy colored stars on hatena.com which you can use to get themes and give colored stars to other people.
