Can you upgrade a Toshiba Libretto 70CT to Windows XP?

The Toshiba Libretto 70CT would be an extremely poor choice for attempting an upgrade to Windows XP. While technically possible, the processor is below Windows XP's official requirements. Even when maxed out, the amount of RAM in the the system would be far too little to run Windows XP comfortably, let alone any other applications.
