Yes, you can use a Kindle Fire for TextPlus. The Kindle Fire runs on a modified version of Android, allowing you to download apps from the Amazon Appstore or sideload APK files. Simply install the TextPlus app from the app store or via an APK file, and you can use it to send texts and make calls over Wi-Fi. Keep in mind that some features may be limited compared to using the app on a smartphone.

It depends on the type Kindle case to fit a Kindle Fire.
Sadly, there is no camera installed in a Kindle Fire Tablet.
You could send an email message on a kindle but I am not sure about text messaging on it. It sounds like a good idea especially if you just read something interesting and would like to share it with somebody.
