By using freeware utility called CPU-Z by which I find out many useful information about my computer's CPU, mother board and RAM.
The "show version" command.
You can type Systeminfo and scroll up to see it
This command will copy the running configuration (located in RAM) of a Cisco device to a TFTP server. After executing the command you will be prompted for further information about the TFTP server (Server Address, file name, etc.).
The command to check RAM usage in Windows is Taskmgr, which opens the Task Manager, or wmic MemoryChip get Capacity in the Command Prompt for detailed information. On Linux, you can use the command free -h to display memory usage in a human-readable format. Additionally, top or htop commands can provide real-time RAM usage statistics.
In most cases, it would be "Save".

To maintain and verify routing information use the show version command.

The "show ip route" command in Cisco devices will display the administrative distance of routes along with other routing information.
Device identifiers, A port identifier and Platform information.
You can go to Start -> Control Panel --> System. You can see a lot of information here including the installed RAM amount. or on a command prompt: just type sysinfo and it provides system info inculding RAM.
