Not currently possible. Garmin voice format (.VPM) is proprietary and there are no tools readily available to convert other formats to vpm. The best you can do is use a TTS editor to change what the existing voices say (will still use standard voices) or, you can download new voices from the Garmin site for about 10 bucks each (none are TTS though - meaning the will not say street names).
