Sano (Ashiya is in love with Sano and chased him all the way from America to Japan, and even dressed as a boy to get into Sano's school and meet him) already found out that Ashiya was a girl from the very beginning. Then Tennoji accidentaly caught Ashiya changing in the equipment room and saw that Ashiya was a girl. He told Himmenijima and Nanba about it and they went to the same place where Tennoji saw Ashiya change to see if Ashiya was there again (they did not know that it was Ashiya that was changing). They waited very long but then they saw Ashiya come out of the equipment room and called Ashiya over to talk to him/her. They soon find out that Ashiya is a girl for sure and Sano bursts in after eavesdropping on their conversation and Ashiya finds out Sano knows that she is a girl. Soon a rumor is spreading around Saint Blossom High School because Tennoji could not keep his mouth shut and told his girl friend (Kanna) that he accidentally saw a girl change. Kanna told her friends about it and it started spreading around Saint Blossom. Noe's girlfriend heard about this rumor and told Noe about it. Noe goes to Osaka High School where Ashiya goes to. Noe's girlfriend told him not to tell anyone about this rumor but Noe couldn't keep his mouth shut either like Tennoji and told his best friend Sekime. A very famous guy at spreading rumors overheard Sekime and Noe talking about the rumor and told the whole school about it. Now Osaka High School is talking about the rumor too. Soon Ashiya admits that he is actually a girl and has to resign from the high school. Everyone gives her a very warm goodbye. She returns to America.

What is the name of the Hana Kimi season 2 manga?

Manga series do not have "season". Sometimes a series that ends inconclusively or abruptly will have a sequel series, or the title will be changed to mark a significant change in the story. However HanaKimi does not fall into any of these pseudo-exceptions; it is a straightforward 23 volume series with no followup series or "season".
