Apple's Magic Mouse is not supported on computers running the Windows operating system.
If it runs on other Macs, then yes. If it runs on windows, likely not (unless you install windows on your Mac).
no you cant. Inless its a new apple computer that runs windows too. zwinky works for internet explorer only..and sometimes firefox.
Search on the internet for a program called wine hq it runs windows programs on mac and linux
you would have to buy something like partition magic from norton it allows you to non-destructively manipulate the partitions in your computer, unlike windows own partition system that runs from the windows installer.
Download the Kludget Widget Engine on http://www.kludgets.com. It is an open source widget engine that is compatible with Apple's Dashboard Widgets. It runs both on Linux and Windows.
True.
Apple MacBook Pro - runs both windows and mac OS.
I don't think there is a version of iWork for Windows. However, with iWork '09 now going online, it is possible that Apple will be letting Windows users use the service.
Magic: The Gathering was released for Windows 95. While most games released for Windows required at least Windows 95, a bug in the installer for this game required the user be running precisely Windows 95; users of later versions of Windows had to use a compatibility mode. In subsequent versions, the problem with the installer is fixed. The game runs on Windows 95 and may run on 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7, depending on the hardware configuration.
'everything' would be the shortest answer. The heart of the differences lies on the operating system. The Operating System of your computer acts as a central station/hub for all your various software programs, input and output devices and alike. File naming, transfers, command functions, etc. are all the operating system working it's magic. Microsoft Windows an operating system. Windows users have been critical on; as an operating system with too many security vulnerabilities/bugs. There is no debate that Windows is the most used/common operating system visa-vie will be riskier to potential hacker/security threats. Other critics of Windows is that uses too much system resources for no benefit. put simply, your computer is doing a lot just to have it turned on. Apple runs an OS varying in names Leopard being one. By reputation it is a more 'stable' operating systems. Crashes, bugs, and general speed/ease of use are the high points. Software options are greater with Windows, 'everyone' makes their particular software to run on Windows systems. 'Some' make them for Apple. Apple systems require less hardware requirements. 'you can do more with less' on the specs. Apple systems are expensive via comparison, and in general are the most expensive computers in the categories they compete on. The third contender in the Operating System war is Linux, with the software title UbuntU leading the way. Check out lifehacker on ways to turn a microsoft windows computer into a 'hackintouch' running Apple OS.
Mac (or short for Macintosh) is a compute made by apple. The mac software is also made by apple and runs Mac OS X. A p is a computer that can be made by many companies such as Toshiba, Dell, HP, Acer; The list goes on. However the software that a PC runs on is Windows. Be it windows 8,7, vista etc. Windows is made by Microsoft. So the difference between Mac and PC is 1) The hardware makers A) For a mac this is apple. B) for a PC this could be Toshiba, Dell, Acer etc. 2) The software makers A) for a mac this is apple B) for a PC this is Microsoft Hope it helped. Sorry I went on a bit! George
