I worked in the pest control industry and was aware of a claim from a customer that our poison had killed their dog. I'm not aware if an official autopsy was conducted to confirm the claim but all labelling on rodenticides warns to keep away from none targeted animals. Storm (Flocoumafen) was the favoured bait to use in our company because it was the most potent of the second generation anticoagulants available to us, so I would suspect that it would indeed be capable of killing a dog, should enough be consumed.
