While not literal face time, you can get something that is the exact thing. You will need a webcam (either one that you buy or if you computer has a built in one) then you will need software so that you can video chat, a popular one is Skype and I know it runs on windows, and IMO quite sure Macs too. (Not so sure about Linux.
