Yes it does. I downloaded this onto my computer and now it runs really slow and sometimes doesn't turn on. I advise you not to use this.

A cursor is a moving space, line, arrow, or hand that indicates the position of a text point or GUI location on a computer monitor. Actions taken with the mouse or keyboard will be implemented at the current cursor location.
FunWebProducts contain a lot of adware and occasionally spyware. Many anti-virus programs will recommend you to remove it. Cursor Mania can be very annoying and hard to completely remove after installation. You really should stay away from things like Cursor Mania and Smiley Central etc, they are no good and full of adware.

Depends, what dose it say. Most likely you have a virus. Especially if it keeps redirecting you to an advertisement or survey. Dose your browser continue to have activity although it is supposed to be idle. When I had the virut virus, my computer was constantly opening browsers when i was away. If it is a virus try clean your PC with Avira, Avast, AVG, Mcfee, Malware ect. try Google some scanners.
