There are several important things to place in a mouse cage. First, you should get the biggest cage you can afford, to make your mouse happy and healthy. Next, you should purchase a bedding, but NO pine or cedar bedding! This is hazardous to your mouse's health. You should put the wheel in the center or edge of the cage. A wheel is important for your mouse, to exercise on. and release his stress. It can also be very entertaining to watch your mouse on the wheel. Sometimes, they even sleep on their wheel. You should put a small bowl in the corner of the cage for food. Attach a small rodent water bottle to the lower bottom of the wall of the cage for the mouse to drink. Put a few chew toys in the cage, and you will own a happy and healthy little pet!
only when the mice have been good and cleaned their cages.
In cages.
they can sleep in their cages
No, generally diffrent types of mice do not go good together, especially if they are not baby mice. They would probably fight and theres a 50/50 chance they could kill each other. I would strongly recommend keeping them in separate cages, but the cages could be right next to each other. Hope I helped!
no the mouse will be eaten and they fight
if it doesnt have thin tunnels then yes... i think lol NO NO NO!!!!!! hamster cages are TOTALLY unsuitable for mice as they have calapsible rib cages. A suitable cage is a fully plastic cage with NO bars. Or a fish tank with a decent lid- hope this helps
Depending on how many mice there are (obviously the more mice, the more room needed) an old aquarium would be good but you may want to add more ventilation. Also a bin cage is really good. (which is what i use for my mouse) research ''bin cages'' and it will show you what they are, and how to make them. Have fun with your mice/mouse!
They can, just sometimes better not to. Mice are very small & flexible. Wire cages need to have very small bar spacing - 1.5 cm or less - to avoid them getting out.
You need four mice two cages fish and cat food. You first separate the mice in to the two cages. You feed one mouse regular cat food. The other one you feed fish food. After maybe a decade, or how ever long it takes to see results. You see how it effected them. Is the cat food make the mouse fat and stupid? Or maybe they are more sexy compaired to the other mice? You will get to see.
Usually wire ones as they can climb on them.
