Symptom
"When you attempt to turn on Fast User Switching or Welcome Screen, you may receive a message stating that a program used CSGina.dll ( or any other DLL ginamsi.dll etc ) to disable the Fast User Switching and the Windows Welcome screen features. The exact error message follows: A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change:

I just downloaded the ginadll.reg and it worked as described.
go into control panel to program and features, click in. then click clink on to view installed updates. scroll down until you see internet explorer 9 ,click on uninstall.
To uninstall Virtual DJ, go to your computer's Control Panel, select "Programs and Features," and find Virtual DJ in the list of installed programs. Click on it and choose "Uninstall." Follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation process. Alternatively, on Windows, you can right-click the Virtual DJ shortcut and select "Uninstall" if that option is available.

If your on windows goto the control panel -programs and features and uninstall it there.
