The 1993 Intel Pentium chip, known as the P5 architecture, was physically sized at about 1.5 inches (38 mm) square. It was built using a 800 nm process technology and housed around 3.1 million transistors. The chip was packaged in a ceramic PGA (Pin Grid Array) with a total of 296 pins.
it was 1000 big
Not much bigger than the chips of today.
All the Pentium systems were designed and built by the Intel Corporation
The 1993 Intel Pentium chip measured approximately 3.6 cm x 3.6 cm (1.4 inches x 1.4 inches). It was built using a 600 nm process technology and housed around 3.1 million transistors. The chip's package was typically a pin grid array (PGA), which featured a grid of pins on the underside for mounting onto a motherboard.
it was a processor made by intel.
Great, I just saw it yesterday, I think it was about 5cm long and wide, ABOUT*.
The 80386 Intel chip
The Pentium 4 got it's name because it was the next series of Intel's flagship CPU line after the Pentium III.
An obsolete type of CPU chip, popular about 10-12 years ago (late 1990s). They replaced Pentium IIs, and were replaced by Pentium IVs.
A microprocessor is a chip that serves as the central processing unit (CPU) in personal computer(PCs). it is often called a logic chip or master chip. it controls all programs and performs arithmetic calculations with great accuracy. it acts as the 'brain' of the computer. example:- Intel 4004 , Intel 8080 , Intel Pentium Pro , Pentium Microprocessor.

Intel changed the Pentium chip by applying a silicon nitride so it no longer needed to be hermetically sealed. Intel also put a copper slug into the chips plastic packaging to better conduct away heat. The changes were implemented in 1996.
