Initially people will come with ideas of what they want to do, and then plan it and design it and finally type it into the computer. A few other things have to be done then to convert what they have typed into a form the computer can understand. Altogether there is a lot of work involved in creating complicated programs, but simple programs can be created quickly, once you have learned how to write programs.
