when you choose a skin it gets downloaded and installed to the software directly, so theres no need to have a skin-folder for them. after a skin is installed, from the limewire dropmenu choose view then apply skins, your new skin should be in the list with the skins that follows with the software.

go to the desktop folder in your personal folder that you can access from the start menu. Right click on the desktop folder and click properties. Check the hidden box then click apply then on the window that comes up choose the one where is says apply to all files, subfolders. Then uncheck it then click apply, then apply to all subfolders, files etc. Then close it. All files that were hidden should now be there

Mods are usually contained within a .pk3 file. This file should not be expanded, but placed into your base Jedi Knight II/Gamedata/Base folder. If the file is not a .pk3 file, but a folder containing other files, then this folder should be placed in your Jedi Knight II/Gamedata folder, but the Base folder.
Right click on the read only folder and click properties, then in the properties window under the general tab, uncheck the read-only box then click apply. On the next window that comes up click apply to all subfolders, files etc.
Download the addon. You can usually find this on the Curse Addons website (listed in the links). Save it. Then move it to your addon folder in your World of Warcraft folder.
