There is not a way to edit to the game Vines on a android. The only thing you can do is install it and uninstall it.
If you want people to be able to edit it upload the source code (*.gmk or *.gm81). If you want people to not edit your game or engine upload it as an executable (*.exe).
Go to "My Account" and click "Edit" - then browse for pic and upload.
You can upload, edit, and share videos on YouTube.

The current and most advanced version of the Android Operating system (2.3.4) can be found on the Nexus class of phones, most notably the Nexus S and Nexus 1. However, all devices which run a hacked custom firmware called Cyanogen Mod also run 2.3.4. As of now, no phones still run 2.3.3 because of inherent security concerns and most 2.2.1 devices will just skip it and move directly to 2.3.4+ depending on the time of update. Edit: As of June 2013, the latest version of Android is 4.2.2 (Jellybean). Except for the Nexus One (due to hardware limitations), the rest of the Nexus phones can upgrade to Jellybean.
The biggest change is that people can now dip into their camera rolls and use existing videos they've recorded for Vines.
You do not edit GoogleMaps. At best you can claim that something is wrong but then you should visit the web page and not an Android app. You can edit OpenMap but on a phone running Android it would be difficult. You want a mouse and a big screen for accuracy and detail and right-mouse button.
when you upload a flip on hatena it should say lock which means other people cant edit your flip when downloaded and if you tap unlock it means that other people can edit and upload it but hatena has a thing that when you upload a flip you cant unlock it again unless you upload it again
you go, under your photo on your home page it says edit/upload click upload and the click where it says here and then upload them from your photos on your computer
you have to go to upload and then wait for it to load... and there you goo.
When you upload a picture go to its setting from edit and check the Public button.
