Well on Windows, press the 'Start' button and then 'Control Panel.' Then press the icon labelled 'Mouse' and go onto the tab 'Cursor' you can then go onto a screen and scroll through cursors. You can add a new cursor by getting a cursor, saving it to the desktop and going onto 'Browse' on the cursor menu, then 'Desktop' and then you can select the cursor you like.
In control pannel, select the cursor option..... and then, select ur cursor type.

If you don't get it instantly then it was not a real cursor download. You can change your cursor if you go on Microsoft outlook. You just click new to send an email and on the very top bar you click the little cursor and choose from 100's of cursors. It worked for me!

I believe there is a way to change your cursor on windows computers, but they are mostly all standard type cursors. Apparently http://www.cursors-4u.com/ offers free cursor downloads that work, and if I were to try one, I would use this website.
