The uninstaller is actually located in the Vbuzzer program folder on your c drive. If you cannot uninstall vbuzzer using the Add-Remove Programs in the Control Panel, you can remove it following the instructions below:
1- Start Task Manager by Ctr+Alt+Delete and end the vbuzzer process. Wait until the little icon on the bottom right hand corner disappears
2- Open Program Files Folder on your C drive and find the Vbuzzer folder
3- Open the folder and double click on uninstall.exe
