Header/Footers
Fill in what you want in the Footers box and center/format as desired.

Go to Page Setup and click on the Header/Footer tab. Add whatever text and special options you like to the footer and click OK.
Text that appears at the bottom of each page is called a footer.

In MS Excel 2010, you can include graphics in your header.

Wherever the code &p is placed in a header or footer, the printout will show the page number.
To exit Excel, click on the "File" tab in the top left corner and select "Close" to close the current workbook, or choose "Exit" to close the entire application. Alternatively, you can simply click the "X" button in the top right corner of the window. You can also use the keyboard shortcut "Alt + F4" to close Excel directly. If you have unsaved changes, Excel will prompt you to save before exiting.
When the header or footer area is activated in a document, the Header & Footer Tools Design tab appears on the ribbon, providing options specifically for editing headers and footers. This tab includes features such as inserting page numbers, adding document titles, and customizing the layout and formatting of the header and footer. It allows users to easily manage the content and appearance of these areas. Once you exit the header or footer, the Design tab will disappear, returning you to the standard editing tools.
