You could line up bricks, wooden planks, paper towel tubes, and plastic rodent houses in the shape of ,like, a maze, and line it with seeds and rat pellets, or whatever rodent you are doing this with's pellets, like hamster pellets, rat/mice pellets, guinea pig/gerbil pellets.
