How can you put more than one signature in Outlook?

(for Outlook 2003) From the Tools menu, choose Options. That will open the options window. Select the Mail Format tab. A Signatures area will be at the bottom of the window. To add a signature, click the Signatures button. A Signatures window will open, where you can edit, create, or delete signatures. You can only have one default signature, but you can insert any that you create here when you are within a message by selecting Insert > Signature, and then choosing one.

It is very easy to make a plain signature in Outlook Express.

Open Outlook Express and go to the tools menu. From there select "options." Step2 Select the "signatures" tab from the window that comes up. In the signatures tab, choose "new." Step3 Decide what information you would like included in your signature. Include your name, email address, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, business title and any other important information. Including a favorite quote, joke and short piece of wisdom is a way to liven up your emails.Step4 Type the text of your email signature in the text box. Enter the text exactly how you want it to be displayed in your Outlook Express email. It is best to limit your signature to about five lines to make important information easy to find.Step5 Choose rename at the top of the window to name your signature. Also at the top, not the check box next to "Add signatures to all outgoing messages." Select this if you would like Outlook Express to automatically add your signature to your email. If you leave this unchecked, you can add your signature manually. Step6 Test your signature by opening up a new email message. If you choose to add the signature automatically, it should appear. If you choose to manually add your signature, go to "Insert" on the menu and click on "Signature."Step7 Create additional signatures using the same process if you need more than one signature. For example, you can have one for work and one for personal email. After you create the second Outlook Express signature, click on the "Advanced" button next to the signature text box.
