Open VLC, click on media, open capture device. Select dazzle from the drop down menu's. Then select how you want to stream/record/view .etc It is more than likely that other programs can do this too, but most of the time it isn't worth it as the picture quality is far from amazing, and there is normally a small amount of lag.
