Restore your computer to an earlier date when you had saved your file or
Using ERD Commander disk to recover deleted files.
Generally the second option works more better because i have used that.
If you have a backup copy somewhere, you can recover data from that backup copy. Obviously the backup must have been made BEFORE the computer was stolen. It also helps to make those backup copies regularly, so you don't lose much data. Otherwise - if you didn't do a recent backup - you can't do anything.
Mac File Recovery Software can do.It can recover recent deleted files with original name and path, supporting HFS,HFS+ and FAT file system.
You can recover deleted contacts on your iPhone using MobiKin Doctor for iOS. It lets you selectively restore lost contacts from your device or iCloud backup without overwriting existing data. It’s easy to use and works well even if you don’t have a recent backup!
Find a program to recover the data. If you remember the name of the file, it will be easier. If not I will recommend you RS File Recovery - it is effective even after a long time after removal. There's a search feature and a preview. She will choose to restore the most recent version of the file. You can search for a file on disk drives, folders, and other places of its possible storage. I still find all your deleted files)). Good luck!
"If you're referring to information that you originally saved to a website or web server, contact the webmaster or server's host for help retrieving your files from their database. If you're referring to internet history saved via your browser, it depends. In most cases it is unlikely that you will be successful. You can attempt to recover them from the ( c:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\History ) location on your computer. The best way to recover backup files, including internet history, is from a recent backup onto an external hard drive."
I had this exact problem earlier tonight when I realized that I had deleted a bunch of my vacation photos from last summer. Go to: www.snapfiles.com/download/dlrestoration.html or type in "Restoration SnapFiles" into a Google search then download the free program. The program works in about 5 minutes and found approximately 40,000 deleted files on my computer, including my pictures!! First of all, check your trash folder. Items simply deleted will appear there and can be easily recovered. Items deleted "forever" from trash are not gone forever; it takes more than that to "really" delete files. There are many undelete software packages that can help and in worse case you can send to companies that specialize in recovering harddrives if drive is unaccessible. Take your time to research undelete software as there are many crooks selling inferior products out there.
you go to recent maps if its not their then its gone sorry.

You can copy and backup any file in Linux, even if they are open. However, if the file is being edited, this is generally a bad idea, since the backup will not reflect any recent changes after they are saved.
Call your service provider, once the phone is registered they can provide you with this information
To keep backing data up on a regular basis, creating multiple backups, even when this means some data will appear on several backups. As a result a number of backups will exist, not just a single one. If there is a computer crash, it is possible to go back to the most recent backup. If it is necessary to get data that may have legitimately gone from the system, but did exist on an earlier backup than the most recent one, that backup can be restored to retrieve the data. When what is needed is got, the most recent backup could be used to get the system closest to where it was. The older backup could even be restored onto a separate computer, so it does not disrupt the current data. Incremental backup is good for systems where there is a regular change in data, and where old data may need to be retrieved regularly.
