After loosing my mind on the net, looking for the answer, I tried the simple Ctrl+z (Cmd+z), on the bookmark page I was ruining minutes before. It worked... I don't know where from it got back the bookmarks, but it did.

Locate the saved HTML file and click the Import button (or the Open button on a Windows system).
On a Mac, you can find old bookmarks in the Safari browser by opening Safari and selecting "Bookmarks" from the menu bar, then choosing "Show All Bookmarks." Alternatively, you can access them through the "Bookmarks" sidebar by clicking the bookmarks icon. If you're looking for bookmarks from other browsers like Chrome, you can typically find them in the browser's settings under "Bookmarks" or "Favorites." Additionally, backup copies of bookmarks may be stored in the Library folder under your user account.
First, tap the Safari app. Then, tap on the symbol that looks like an open book on the middle of the bottom bar in Safari. That is where all of your bookmarks are, and the history is there, too.

Go into "Settings". Touch "Safari". Touch "Clear History". This does not change your bookmarks.
