How data is being processed?

anything computer accepts it converts it into strings of zero and ones(binary)(000000000000011111111111111010100101010) so the processor or cpu process it on 0 and 1 bases. but question is how let me tell

0= off or low level

1=on or high level

e.g to add 2+2

2 is converted into binary and the processor detects the higher and low levels and gives the answer correspondingly
