How do I find a word in a word document?

Its simple! all you do is go "star" (at the bottom of the screen) and go search. you then type in the name of your missing document and click search. Your peice of work should atomatically appear!

Use the search facility within Windows and be as specific as you can about details you have like the name, the date of the file, the file type, the possible location. Another way is on the Open dialog within Excel. When you go to open a file in the normal way, just pick Tools and the Search option.

Use the find option. The quickest way is to press and hold the Ctrl key and then press F. Then you can type in the word you are searching for and find it.
