You really need to define your terms better. "Talk" I can sort of figure out, but "in a crossover" is a mystery, unless you're talking about a crossover cable. A crossover cable is just a regular UTP ethernet cable with two pairs of wires swapped ("crossed over") in the middle, allowing two devices with 10/100-Base T ports to communicate directly without using a hub or router.
The operating system has pretty much nothing to do with it, other than that both of them need to support the same communications protocol. Anything that uses standard "TCP/IP" protocol meets this requirement.
Yes, you can. It's called dualbooting. I guess with Linux you mean a Linux Distribution like Ubuntu? Check the related link if you want to know how.
Yes. Windows 7 is a system distribution in the Windows family built around Microsoft's proprietary NT operating system. Ubuntu is also one of many Linux distributions built around the open source Linux operating system.
with linux you dont have toworriesabout you cp slowing down or malware or viraseus but if you a hard core gammer windows 7 is better and most programs or applications are not compatble with linux
Yes. Though with a hard disk of such small size it'd probably just be a good idea to just do Windows 7 and Linux.
Use Linux?
You can set up file sharing between windows 7 and Linux mint 16 by simply installing the Ext2 Installable File System on windows which allow windows to read and write into the Linux file system.
No. Any machine that is capable of running Windows 7 is equally capable of running Linux; thus virtually every computer is "Linux ready." Depending on your specific needs, Linux can be run on far less powerful and cheaper hardware than Windows 7 can.
Let me answer any other questions related to this. It works on a PC, or Mac, no linux, Windows 7, windows vista, any other crap, it works, if its on a linux it doesnt
There is no such thing as a "Linux 7". Even if there is a Linux distribution trying to market itself as a Windows 7 lookalike, it would be in a lot of legal trouble with Microsoft. As far as the Linux kernel, it's not the sole component responsible in booting. Additionally, the Linux kernel is up to at least 4.13 as of now.
linux uses alot less ram than windows 7 (the more ram used the slower the computer). therefore linux makes your computer run faster
In my opinion, Linux, in all its many distributions (Ubuntu, Mint, puppy, and many more) is better than Windows. Of my seven computers, only my wife's computer uses Windows 7 - my six computers use Ubuntu!
If you mean os, no you can download it on Windows, Mac, and Linux even (if anyone uses linux...) and if you mean web browser I think you may use any but might need java.
