To clear the history of your browsing in Safari select Clear History from the bottom of the History menu. Select Empty Cache from the Safari menu. To avoid having your history recorded use Private browsing from the Safari menu. Most browsers have similar settings either in the menus or in their Preferences window.

To delete individual URLs from Safari on your iPod Touch, open the Safari app and tap the book icon at the bottom to access your bookmarks and history. Select the "History" tab to view your browsing history. Swipe left on the specific URL you want to delete, and tap the "Delete" button that appears. That is something you can't do on your iPhone, but if you have a Mac, you can use the iMovie software on the Mac to delete audio. There might be an iMovie app on the app store, but I am not completely sure if you can delete audio from that. The Mac iMovie software on your Mac might not work either to delete your audio but you can always try
